INFOmatch User Group Meeting London
Spearhead organised a successful INFOmatch User Group meeting on 13th January at The Little Ship Club overlooking the Thames in London. The objectives of these User Group meetings are to update users about new developments and functionalities and future plans.Additionally, user group meetings are an excellent platform for creating direct interaction between users and developers. Customers are able to express their requirements and wish list regarding new functionality, interfaces and reports.
The meeting started with a short introduction by Douglas Winton of Spearhead and Peter Fruitema of INFOmatch. This introduction was followed by a presentation and discussion about INFOmatch’s latest release and the status of new and future developments, in particular new functionality related to invoice reconciliation, automatic price importing and (direct) timeline reporting.
INFOmatch’s User Group meetings also facilitate the exchange of user experiences. In London Darran Spokes from Daiwa Capital Markets Europe talked about his experiences with the implementation and use of INFOmatch at Daiwa.
The session was closed with user group discussions and the filling out of client surveys.
It was a very fruitful and interactive day. We received lots of valuable feedback and input from your side, which will be used by us to prioritise and detail our future software development path, support and service offering.
